You Submit a Request
You fill out a short form on one of our landing pages with your basic contact information (name, phone, ZIP code, state). We do not ask for Social Security numbers, diagnoses, medications, or any Protected Health Information. The entire form takes about 60 seconds.
Before submitting, you will see a clear consent statement explaining exactly which licensed agents may contact you and how. You must actively check a box confirming your consent — it is never pre-checked.
We Securely Forward Your Inquiry
We record your submission with tamper-evident compliance technology including Jornaya LeadID (identity verification) and TrustedForm (session recording) so we have a complete proof-of-consent record.
We then forward your inquiry to licensed insurance agents in our partner network who serve your area and specialize in the insurance type you requested. We also check our suppression list to ensure we only contact consumers who have not previously opted out.

A licensed insurance agent from our partner network will reach out to you by phone, text, or email (based on the contact method you indicated). They will introduce themselves and answer your questions about your insurance options.
